All products listed on the website are in stock, for each item it is stated how many of the item are in stock. If you would like to order larger quantities of an item, you can always contact us, wijnand@fasola.nl and we will see what we can do.

German customers can pay with Bankcontact / Sofort Banking

=>What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €7.95 for a package up to 10kg

Within Germany the shipping costs are 12.50 for a package up to 3kg.

=>How long will it take before I receive my order?

Orders Netherlands

We will ship every order placed before 4:00 PM with PostNL within two working days.

PostNL has a delivery period of 1 to 4 working days within the Netherlands , but experience shows that the order is often delivered the next working day.

Orders Germany:

We will ship every order placed before 4:00 PM with PostNL within two working days.

PostNL has a delivery period of 2 to 6 working days within Germany .

If there is an error in the order or a production error in an item, please contact us within 48 hours via the e-mail address:wijnand@fasola.nl stating the order number. A B2B webshop is not bound by the right of withdrawal.

If you have a complaint, please report it to us at any time, because customer satisfaction is our top priority. The legally determined warranty period applies to all our items. If a product is damaged, please report this to our email address: wijnand@fasola.nl , stating the order number. If the complaint / defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for replacement free of charge.
